Savor the harvest and history of the Valley

Saturday, October 22, 5:30-9:30 PM

Begins & ends at Lasell Hall, 268 Main St, Schoharie

Sample the rich history of Schoharie County at a moveable feast featuring local, seasonal ingredients. Local historians will also present on their respective town’s history.

As you enjoy cocktails and appetizers at Lasell Hall, travel through time in Schoharie County by passing from room to room, each featuring various historians. Next, you will travel to a local home to enjoy a dinner prepared by the hosts, which will celebrate Schoharie County’s bountiful fall season by using local ingredients. After dinner, we will return to Lasell Hall to close the evening with coffee and dessert.

Program:

5:30-6:45: Appetizers & cocktails with local historians at Lasell Hall

7:00-8:30: Dinner at various homes

8:45-9:30: Coffee & dessert at Lasell Hall

Ticket sales will directly support SALT Development’s collaborative program areas, including disaster resilience and developing existing local assets.
