Farm Description Samples
Warm & Woolly is a small family-owned alpaca farm specializing in the production of natural yarn from alpaca fiber. Owner Jane Angelo utilizes the wool from her own herd of alpacas to create top quality yarn and finished products like purses, scarves and hats. You will have the opportunity to see recently shorn alpacas and learn first hand what it takes to produce and process alpaca fiber. Visitors will have a chance to pet the alpacas as well as receive a sample of their fiber.
Hillside Farm is a family farm lying in the southern hills of the county. We grow vegetables and raise laying hens wholesale and farmers markets. Come see our wide range of vegetable crops, high tunnel, mobile pastured chickens, “antique” tractor, and more. We will have open fields to stroll around, garden tours on the hour, fresh vegetables and eggs available at our farm stand, and be excited to talk about all things gardening!
